Liftery and LeanIn.org Unite to Empower Working Moms with Innovative Support Circles

New Program Provides Small Support Groups for Peer Mentoring and Networking to Help Moms Rise Higher In Their Careers

In a groundbreaking development for working mothers, Liftery, a platform dedicated to transforming the professional landscape for women, has unveiled its partnership with LeanIn.org, a Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation initiative. This strategic alliance aims to introduce Circles, a revolutionary support framework, to mothers and prospective moms across the United States, with plans for global expansion.

Witnessing Lean In’s evolution from its inception to a global powerhouse, Liftery’s co-founder Kirthiga Reddy expressed her exhilaration at leveraging Lean In’s influential platform through Liftery’s unique approach. Liftery Circles will facilitate intimate peer support and skill enhancement for moms, irrespective of their professional journey — from early-career women to rejoining work post maternity leave, career-break returners, boardroom leaders, and all stages. It is an ideal setting for sharing insights, devising strategies, resolving issues, and fostering empowerment.

“Liftery’s initial Circle leaders are an amalgamation of executive coaches, return-to-work professionals, and psychologists, each having profound expertise in their group’s specific area of concern,” Liftery’s co-founder Ashutosh Garg emphasized. He further noted that this program is a holistic approach towards redefining the professional landscape for women and enabling moms to flourish in the workplace.

Expressing her excitement for the partnership, Archana Gilravi, SVP of Lean In Programs and Partnerships, highlighted working mothers’ unique challenges and experiences that differ from non-parents. She saw immense potential in a mom-focused Circle, creating a safe and understanding environment for these women. The team at Lean In is eager to support this initiative and help its participants thrive.
